Climbing Mt. Fuji is a wonderful experience that will be a once-in-a-lifetime memory. However, it is physically demanding, so preparation is important. The climbing period is limited to two months from July every year. By all means, let's experience climbing Mt.Fuji with a guide who is familiar with mountaineering guidance on our tour.

Description

Meet with your guide at the hotel at 4:30 in the early morning. From there, take a pre-booked taxi to Mt.Fuji No. 5. You can also buy food for breakfast and lunch at a convenience store on the way. After reaching Mt. Fuji No. 5 altitude, slow down a little to get used to it.

We will start climbing before 6:00 am and walk to the top in about 6 hours. Once you reach the top, take a commemorative photo and have a quick lunch.

After staying at the top for about 30 minutes, start the descent. This time, we aim to return to No. 5 in about 4 hours.  After returning to the 5th stop, take the reserved taxi again and return to the hotel, and when you arrive, the tour ends!

Note

  • Top of the mountain can be very cold (0~5C).

Equipment
●Please wear equipment suitable for mountaineering.
・Insulated tops and bottoms, trekking shoes (thick soles), rainwear (separate types are recommended (ponchos are almost useless), gloves, eyewear, face masks, hats, backpacks, water, food, Headlamps, sun cream, etc.
・It is recommended that you rent a helmet at the 6th station (deposit 2,000 yen/piece)

Cancellation due to weather conditions:
Local guide team judges information such as mountain weather forecast sites, etc., and determines that climbing is dangerous, it may be canceled. (As a general rule, we will make a decision 48 hours in advance and contact you.) No cancellation fee will be charged in this case.
